Your personal data may be shared, only to the extent required to provide services and fulfil legal obligations, with authorised public bodies, legal and technical service providers, and communications infrastructure providers in compliance with the KVKK. Your data is processed in a relevant, limited and proportionate manner.

7. Your Rights Under Turkish Data Protection Law

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may apply to the data controller to:

• Request information if it has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly,
• Know the third parties to whom it has been transferred in Türkiye or abroad,
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
• Request deletion or destruction where the statutory conditions are met,
• Request that corrections, deletion or destruction be notified to recipients,
• Object to an adverse result arising from analysis by automated systems,
• Request compensation where you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

8. Applications and Contact

You may submit requests under the KVKK in writing, together with information sufficient to verify your identity, to our business address or to info@kulerestaurant.com.tr . Applications will be concluded as soon as possible and no later than 30 days, depending on the nature of the request.
